Where could i find a drak colour eyeliner?

A few places i went to usually didnt have them (Sally's,etc). im looking for a purplish-black colour eyeliner for just the top eyelid..... or should i just look for coloured liquid eyeliner?Where could i find a drak colour eyeliner?
