How do I put on eyeliner?

I can sorta do the bottom of my eye ok but the top goes everywhere and i get black splodges all over and it smudges and I end up looking like a panda!!How do I put on eyeliner?
I used eyeliner for the first time when i was 18!!!as i used run away from make ups... so u can well understand it was a tough job for me...but once got habituated i love eye liners...


Actually first people told me to close one eye,lightly hold the lashes and with one stoke apply the liner....but I have found out u have to find ur customized way!!


When i used to do it in that way,there were always a gap between the lashes and liner which i hate.


So now i apply with open eyes....jus make sure not to make it thick and try not to blink or keep ur eye lightly closed after application...


honey,it not easy at first,u have to struggle but believe me its all about practice.now when i use liner after long time i mess up...so try to get used to and try to find out ur customized way.....and make ur eyes more beautiful as i believe that is the window of ur inner soul!!!How do I put on eyeliner?
Pull the outer corner of your eye and them draw a line, you'll find that using a really soft pencil is easier as you don't need to press as hard.





Urban decay to a waterproof liner which should stop the smudges. It's 拢9 and you can get it from boots or on eBay, Galaxy is the black one. Sounds like allot but will last you years.





You could also try using a black eyeshadow and lining your eyes with a thin eyeliner brush which will be easy to fix if you mess up.
Don't know if anyone else does this but I find it the easiest to kind of pull your eyelid outward to pull the skin tight. Then start from the outside in towards your nose. With your eye closed, you're a girl you can do it with only one eye open :)


Also put it on from below your eye not above as it won't be as precise. ( if that makes sense)

i usually do this nd it works perfect.. gently stretch ur eyelid outwards and draw thinly along the eyelash hair line( let it go over the eyelash..as long as u have the line touchin d rim)... let it dry ..den repeat the process and gradually work ur way layer by layer till d the desired thickness is acquired. it ll look thick and perfect!
for the top use a liquid eye liner. wak on a really thick line of black and w8 4 it 2 dry and then use a cotton bud (lick the end of it) and make the line straight and thinner kinda thing. thats how i do mine and it always works =]
I think the porble here is the brand of liquid liner! Sometimes the brush on the liquid liner is to thick! I would try doing the top with a pencil and then go over it with the liquid liner!
you are so dumb god its so easy to put on eyeliner if you are that bad at it go see a makeup artist!! they can show you how...
just make sure you don't have to much liquid on the brush thingy and before opening your eye fan it with your hand..
