What do you think of blue eyeliner?

I just bought smashbox jet set waterproof cream eyeliner in navyblue.


(Hard name to swallow)


Anyways, I am debating wether or not I should return it.


What are your opinions on navy blue eyeliner?


How about navy blue eyeliner on the waterline?


Idk what to do. Is it tacky?

It's all in whether or not you like the look of it. I've seen a lot of people with all sorts of eye colors wearing blue eyeliner, and it looks really pretty if you don't cake it on. But the whole deal is whether or not YOU like it. Be comfortable in your own skin, and if you like it, then it's perfect. Who cares if anyone else hates it on you? It's your body, do what you want with it. Being confident in yourself is the best deflection to nasty comments.
i have brown eyes and i use the navy blue sephora brand eyeliner and i love it! i also have the same type in purple, green, and brown. i typically use it on my lower lashline, and i get compliments from my friends. the thing i love about colored eyeliner is that it's not to obvious, but even a thin line can create a whole diffferent look. also, what i like to do is match the liner with a color on my shirt. it's fun but just enough to the point where it's not tacky. well at least, in my opinion. so my suggestion is: keep it, and if you like it/people like it, then splurge a bit on different bright colors that you find a lot in your wardrobe! have fun and good luck, im sure the blue will look really good :)
well most of the eyeliners that are blue aren't like bright blue.. they are darker shades.





(and since i usually use black eyeliner if it doesn't come off the blue looks black)

navy blue is alright, i wear a dark purple. its the bright 80s eyeliner that looks trashy... navy black and purple can be done and still look classy.
if you like it on you should wear it.... i have never seen it on someone with brown eyes but i think it looks pretty good with people who have bule eyes
