Is it alright to wear eyeliner as eyeshadow?

Like instead of putting on eyeshadow on can I just use eyeliner?Is it alright to wear eyeliner as eyeshadow?
You can put the eyeliner across your eye close as possible to your lash-line and then with a flat-headed brush carefully diffuse it across your eyelid keeping the darker part of the liner across the lash-line - if not you will look like you've been punched.

I would use a kohl eyeliner....annabelle makes a great one for $5 at shoppers. I would put some on, smudge it, and apply a little tiny bit more at your lashline. But you can do whatever you want...have fun!
of course if it works for you then yea u can.
