Wet n' Wild H20 Liquid liner. It is waterproof, doesn't smudge, and it stays on all day. Plus the applicator makes it easier to draw a line, no matter how thick or thin it is.





I really recommend this liner because it reminds me a lot of MAC's liquid liners and Urban Decays liners aswell. It is very good quality for a drugstore brand, plus its only a couple of dollars, so you can't go wrong.
wet n wild cream eyeliner got it yesterday for 3.99 and it comes with an angled eyeliner brush and it is fabulous stays on too
I would have to go with Wet n Wild, they also have it in waterproof
