If it is a pencil liner, just lightly and gently trace it along your water line, and if you want a more dramatic look then just also trace along the top of your lid, after putting eyeshadow on of course, then coat lashes with mascara (: Cover girl roll up in black works really good!
I usually start around my eye area and go from there. It's pretty easy to do with your less dominate hand. Make sure your eyes are open when you are doing it, and if your eyes aren't the same size, it's not going to work. Also, if you wear glasses take them off first. Lean in really close to the mirror, a good length is about when your nose is touching the mirror. If you have small eyes, you'll look bad with it, like Taylor Swift and Hitler if they had a love child. Use rubbing alcohol to get it off if you mess up. I hope everything works out for you.
Lightly pull pencil across the lash line as close as you can get. Several seeping motions can be used for this. After that is done take the sponge end on liner caps (a q-tip works too) and smooth the line. Don't go too cheap on the liner or it will smear during the day. If new to wearing liner prepare to adjust to not touching your eyes at all during the day!
whatever way looks right to u

i used to do the racoon thing like HEAVY and people would say i looked like a freak

when i had pinkeye i didnt wear any eyeliner people told me i looked better with eyeliner on lol.

the 2nd link is the newer one

(i put it on heavier than most cuz mine fades easily even when im not outside)
Uhmm I put it on by pulling down your top lid then on the point where your eye lashes and lid meet. It looks a lot more natural... but if u dont want it 2 look naturtal pull your eye lid to right or left side (depends on the eye your doing it on) then trace it that way. I recomend not doing that w/ black :).
pull down your lower lid and you'll see an edge sorta. draw on that. when you let go of it, some of the make up might go onto your eye but it looks natural. if you want to apply some to your top lid then simply run along your eyelashes. i'd recommend liquid eyeliner though, if you have a steady hand. have fun.
It's hard to explain, just go right under your eyelashes(pretty much right against them) and go all the way to both corners of your eyes, do the same for your top eye lid..sorry if that didn't help, i don't know how to explain to put on eyeliner lol
umm you should specify more, but for the bottom lid i guess start from the tear duck, the inner corner and drag outwards untill you get it as thick as you want. But for the upper lid start Half way and drag outwards toward the end, then come back and fill in the inner corner :)

Start from the middle and line the outter part of your eye first to the thikness that you want it and then line the inner part of the eye with a thinner line.
Heat the end with a lighter wait for it to cool then apply. If your asking for above the lashes then heat it. If you're going to put it below, then do not heat it.
i start from the part closest to the nose and try to get a nice even line under mi eye
i like to put it on like the inside of my eye, if that makes sence ;P
blindfolded
above your top eyelashes and on your bottom waterline
umm directly to the eye?? lol
just glide it on. it's like pencil. very easy!
don't know
i have to put a very SMALL amount on the top of my bottom lid. It changes for everone.
