Where can I get bright coloured eyeliner?

I love brightly coloured and glittery eyeliner and was wondering where I could buy good coloured or glittery liquid or pencil eyeliner and what brands were the best!

If you live in the UK then try New Look. They have recently started selling makeup and most of it is in very bright colours. They definitely have brightly coloured eyeliners as i saw some in there the other day. They also sell coloured liquid eyeliner. These are all cheap aswell. Avon has some great bright colours currently, Electric Blue, Gold, Bright Purple etc but you don't need to just look at liners, I use a dampened lip brush to apply eye shadow as a liner. Because it goes on damp it lasts longer and you get a brighter finish. Depending on the width of the brush you use you can have as fine or fat a line as you want.
im not sure if you have an ice accessories store near you but they have some really nice glittery liquid eyeliners and theyre cheap. they also have pencils but im not sure if they have glittery ones
If your in the UK, superdrug has every colour eyeliner, and glittery one too. Boots does also.
