How do I apply eyeliner to the bottom lid?

what i would do was slightly pull down your lower lid, and apply the liner to that little edge....like the rim right above your lashes...might tickle a little, but i think it's looks so much nicer than putting it below your lashes. good luck!How do I apply eyeliner to the bottom lid?

Easiest with a pencil if you're referring to the nub of skin above the eyelashes outlining the eye. Start by making sure the pencil is sharp. Gently pull the lower lid down a bit place the nib of the pencil against the nub, starting at the outer corner of the eye and ease the pencil along the nub to the tear duct. You may have to stop and blink until you get used to it. Depending on pencil may have to repeat this a few time to acquire the depth of colour you desire.





Holding your breath doing this helps give you control.

Pull down the bottom of your eye so that you see the line that usually touches the eyeball. YOu will see the tear duct in the center corner of your eye. Take the pencil and draw along the inner line that you exposed by pulling your lower lid down. If you dont see any color coming through, try melting the tip of the pencil, letting it dry, and reapplying. If that doesnt work, invest in some better eyeliner.
carfuly run the pencel on the top of your bottom eye lid remember veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyy carfuly or you will get some on your eye and it hurts really really really ba trust me i did it and it hurt like crazy
You can put it in your lid aswell, no harm done, looks really hot!! (atleast on me) lol but carefully take your time and put it at the edge...........MUCH easier to put it in the lid looks sexi ;]
lift your upper lid with one hand so your bottom lid kinds comes up, make sure not to do too much... then its easier to see your actualy bottom lid... also.. i swear it to be true that an open mouth and about 3 inches from the mirror helps haha
if you pull down on your eye there will be this white part and put it on that it makes it look like there is a line of eyeliner under your lashes!
pull your down your eye lid then put it on just like u would on top of your eye
take the pencil and put the tip in your mouth but dont get it we for a few minutes, you want to heat the pigment a little then apply to the part right above the lashes rub over for a few strokes to achieve the desired darkness
I use black eye shadow and put it on under the eyelashes. I hold the eyelid open and use a sponge applicator and put black on just the tip of the applicator. Then put it on right at the eyelash line, pushing lightly up into the eyelashes. I do the same on the bottom. It gives the eyeliner a great smokey look and you can do as little or as much as you want.
