Can other people notice when you don't put on top eyeliner?

Like if you only put on bottom?Can other people notice when you don't put on top eyeliner?
Yeah because putting on top eyeliner makes your eyes appear bigger, and there's just that little 'something' different if you don't put it on. If you only put it on the bottom it'll look really weird, and as somebody else said, make your eyes look droopy and just generally strange (also it makes your eyes appear SIGNIFICANTLY smaller, which is not good especially if you're asian like me and we naturally have smaller eyes than most people lol). I would really recommend putting a medium to thick (but not too thick) line of top eyeliner then getting a silver eyeshadow pen and lightly (LIGHTLY!!) running that across the bottom rim of your eye where you would normally put bottom eyeliner. It makes your eyes appear bigger (putting a bit of the silver in the inner rim of your eye also helps) and generally makes you look less emo and looks like you don't have as much eye makeup on. It's pretty suitable for an everyday look where you wanna look pretty but not too overdone nor too bland.Can other people notice when you don't put on top eyeliner?

Most probably wouldn't notice, unless they apply eyeliner themselves, then it might stand out.

Yea, it makes chicks look more like whores in my opinion.
If you only put it on the bottom, it makes your eyes look smaller, but I know lots of people who do it. Only on the top makes your eyes look wider, and people DO notice. You don't HAVE to put it on the top, it just looks better.
Yes and I think it looks bizzarre...you can get away with putting it only on the top...but only on the bottom makes your eyes look droopy.
hey yeah definitely, but it's not as bad if it's the other way round which is what i always do-putting on the top and not the bottom i mean. but yeah you can tell if the top isn't put on and the bottom is..it looks really dodgy
Well, if they look you in the eyes, I'm sure they will notice the difference.
