How do you put on eyeliner?

I have been begging my mom to help me. But i need to know how to put it on. Thanks!How do you put on eyeliner?
make sure youre leaning your elbow on something, it will give you more of a steady hand, and pull your eyelid gently down and just fill in along the water line, it takes practice though, so keep practicing, when i first put eyeliner on it was terrible, now its as easy as pie :) xHow do you put on eyeliner?
Pull your bottom eye-lid down gently, and glide the eyeliner on the part that's kinda wet until you see a line of whatever color the eyeliner is.
