What's the best felt tip liquid eyeliner?

I don't like the brush kinds cause their not precise enough %26gt;.%26gt;

i used to love Cover Girl Liquid Liner it made the whites of my eyes pop :P
i use maybelline(:


it works hella good,


my only complaint is its not very darkk.
I use Prestige and i really like it.
