mine never smears. i use the bare minerals liner shadows, wet or dry. this liner stays on all day long.How do you keep eyeliner from smearing?
use liquideyeliner and foundation underneath. u can buy finishing sprays which prolongs the makeup
dont touch your eyliner but it might be that you have ioly eyelids or phat 1s and they might just start to smear b.c. of that if there oily then put baby powder on it b4 you put your eyeliner on
use eye primer
Top it off with a powder eyeshadow in a similar color to set it in. Also, Sephora makes smudge proof/flake proof liners.

it depends, do you put the eyeliner inside ur eye on the bottom? or just on top of you lashes on the lid? If you put it on top than buy Lise Watier eyeliner in WATERPROOF... TRUST ME... if i put it on the lid (like right on top of my lashes) it really stays on, it can stay on all day... for inside i dunno cuz mine smears too...
Use liquid eyeliner. I've tried all sorts of waterproof pencil eyeliners and end up with little flakes and they still smear.
Yup...applying eyeshadow over liner really helps. Use an angle brush and apply a light coat over your eyeliner.
