What is good eyeliner that good stay on and how to put it on?

i have dark brown eyes and want to put on eyeliner i have no clue.. whenever i try and put it on it always comes off every like hr i want mine to stay on and i have watery lids

I really like Loreal HIP eyeliner. It's a pencil, so you'll have to sharpen it. But it goes on SO easy and stays on, too.





Maybe liquid eyeliner would be a good idea for you too, since it might stay on better. But it can be really tricky to get a nice line from it, so be very careful. You should get a dark brown color, to apply it take your finger and pull your bottom eyelid down and then swipe the eyeliner across the waterline on your eye, it doesn't hurt at all! then pull your top lid down and get as close to your eyelashes as possible and just go right across your lid staying very, very close to your lashes! To make your eyes stop watering you should try wiping your eyes very good before appling and it might be because of allergies so take medication for that...

if you use like a mary kay eye liner, it stays and looks graet. I kind of pull the skin around my eye to make the part where i put the eyeliner on straight, and it looks good, but try to avoid putting it close to the inner part, because then there's to much
I use Paladio, I think you can find it at Sally's Beauty Supplies. I use the liquid eyeliner for the top, and the pencil for the bottom. It usually stays on for me. :)
