Try a primer. Urban Decay make an awesome primer potion for your eyelids that should help your eyeliner stay on. It's around 拢10, or $15-20.
Also, buy higher quality eyeliner! Cheap eyeliner won't stay on all day. Splash out on MAC or Urban Decay and it'll stay on way longer.What will make eyeliner stay on longer throughout the day?
you have to spend a good amount of money for good eyeliner.
i use color stay. i only reapply it once threw out the day (:
wet an eyeliner brush slightly and dip it into some dark colored eyeshadow and don't rub your eyes with your hand
