Where do you apply your top eyeliner ?

like on the part where the lashes are? or on the waterline?Where do you apply your top eyeliner ?
first of all, you have to buy a liquid liner. next, before you put on mascara, put on the liner as thick or as thin as you want, then put the rest of your make up on.





if you want to put on under you eye, use a pencil liner, not liquid!! pull the skin under your eye a tad bit, and apply on the inside of your eye, above the lashes.

I have been told many times that my eyeliner is perfect and i do it on the train..the trick...gently pull the corner of your eyes outward (towards ear) and start from outside going in. Go as close to the lashline as possible..almost in between lashes. Then look at your eyes, if you want it thicker...do another line over it. a healthy coat of mascara also covers minor mistakes. If you want undereye liner then i do it on the inside...and reapply every now and then
you apply it on the water line ( in your eye) beucase if it on the top and your wearing dark eyeshadow it does nt do anything so you can wear both and make your eyes pop!
okay for me i am hopeless at top eye liner!! so for a natural look i put liquid eyeliner where my eyelashes are, then using a make up wipe clean off until its a straight line!





for a going out look i do the same as before then i use a khol pencil and do the bit underneath my top eyelashes! aswell as the rest of the eye so it gives a nice cat look!

Do NOT do the upper waterline. I do it with a felt tip liquid liner on the lash line and it looks best and you have more control.
You can apply it RIGHT above the lashes on the lid, or, right below the lashes....both
