What is the best, long lasting eyeliner?

i dont want anything from the drug stores, they all seem cheap. i wanted to try something from smash box, mac, too faced, or anything from maybe sephora. which is the best eyeliner, i kinda like the kohl pencil over the liquide eyeliner

All department store eyeliner last about the amount. For example, if you put on the eyeliner around 8am then around noon, the eyeliner will start to look a little faded. You're best choice is to prime your lids first.

My fave eyeliners is MakeupForever %26amp; MAC PowerPoint eyeliners.
honestly, don't waste your money on designer eyeliner. eyeshadow, lip color, and face makeup (base, powder, blush) are worth the extra money. but eyeliner and mascara are two things that you can get at drugstores and have great success. i like both revlon and almay eyeliners (the ones that twist up, not the ones you have to sharpen). they both last plenty long. i wear them to work (i'm a lifeguard), and my eyeliner and waterproof mascara still looks good after several dips in the pool. best of luck!
Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner :)

They've got the most gorgeous colors and they're waterproof and last all day. I'm wearing it in electric right now :)

Try Clarins Waterproof Eyeliner... It's good! Doesn't budge.
