How do i make eyeliner last for Halloween?

for halloween, i think i'm going as a hippie.


and i want to draw a little peace sign on my cheek with some electric blue eyeliner. the problem is that i'm afraid that it will come off or wipe off really quickly.


does anyone know how to make it last throughout a night of cheering?

Are using a liquid liner (recommended) then just be sure to let it dry fully before touching it, you can get light blue liquid liner at drugstores and Wal marts the brand is Revlon and its cheap.





Are using a pencil liner i highly recommend making sure its water proof-yes you can get some though they will still smudge if you rub them- if you insist on using just a normal pencil liner then put on liquid foundation, put on your eyeliner and then dust it with powder liner. (this should help keep it in place)





Other hints:


Add layers if you are using liquid, like draw it on then retrace what you just drew and put a second coat so to speak.

Use a waterproof eyeliner or maybe even a liquid eyeliner.
get a waterproof pencil/crayon and put some translucent powder over it when your done








if you dont have an oily face you'll be fine i think

get prestige eyeliner its pretty good =)
Use a latex based paint. Just dont get it in your eyes!
