my cousin bought this eyeliner and it looks like a permanet marker i have no idea what it is used for or how to even use it.. idk what the purpose is. Has anybody ever tried it that can tell me something about it...What is the Loreal Paris Voluminous eyeliner suppose to do.....?
its to mark the upper lid like an eye liner but its wet which creates a more defined look!!
