HeyHeyHey. I Always Use, Gosh Velvet Touch Eyeliner In Black Ink. It's 拢5 From Superdrugs, But Its Fab! It Last For Like AGES, And It Sharpens Really Well, Also, Stays On For My School Day ( 6 hours ) And I Just Re-Apply It When I Get Home, Its Dead Good :].

japanese eyeliners work wonders! i use this one called super quick eyeliner ex and it doesn't smudge at all! also, barry m does good eyeliners! don't get natural collection, they smudge LOADS!
Revlon! It comes on really good, and it sticks and wont smear. It is about 6 dollars and you can get it at any local store.
maybelline and its like 4 or 6 dollars at walmart comes in green black brown gray blue and a lot of colors.
Maybelline's Unstoppable...very good brand. Love it.
