Personally I think you are to young...but you asked this question and I'll give you a good answer...





I think best is to use a powder eyeliner, : Revlon Bedroom Eyes is good.. or you can just take a black eye shadow and an angled brush and line the top of your eye and the outer corners to about half way in..





this will look the most natural








another is liquid eyeliner... since you have physical education and what not.. liquid eye liner will stay on the whole day without smudging... : Revlon Colorstay Liquid Liner








Now for pencil... Just be aware that during the day there is a high chance the pencil will melt and smudge your eyes... but Revlon Colorstay has a good eye liner... or you can use jane it has eyeliners for cheap...

Mascara... you can't really go wrong with them, I suggest getting a clear one. Jane has a good clear one that lengthens your lashes





Almay has good ones, Revlon does. you cant really go wrong with department store ones

if you have blue eyes use more brownish shades

You should try MAC eye liner in a light brown. You should wear it on either your top lashline OR bottom depending on your eye shape. For mascara wear Maybelline Great Lash Washable Mascara in black but put very very little. You don't need a lot of make up, especially since you are just starting to wear make up.

You should try some clear mascara, which makes your eyelashes POP out in black more. Or just go for black. Thats the color I use.
