the best liquid eyeliner to me is definitely almay intense i-color


it has a colored top (that matches the color of liner you're getting) and a silver bottom


and they last forever!


don't apply liquid eyeliner to the bottom lid, just the top (looks cutest if you just do the outer half of the eye lid)


unless you're REALLLLLLY good with eyeliner, it'll probably end up in your eye, which hurrrts





the best pencil eyeliner to me is revlon colorstay


it's the one that has the retractable point, and it works soooo good


i also have almay intense i-color (the pencil one) in a natural, shimmery brown color, thats pretty good too
personally when i want to go very natural i only apply to my top lid very close to lash line. but if im going out i apply to both top and bottom.





Revlon eyeliners work great and come in pretty colors.
