and when i put it on the inside of my upper and lower eyelid, it fades right away. i dont want to buy new eyeliner. i use prestige soft blend eyeliner(pencil)

Set it with a black eyeshadow and it'll last for hours. Good luck!
It may just be the type of eyeliner you're using. I've used some that faded right away, whereas others stay on all day, and by the end of the day it's still just as dark as it was when I put it on. Try a few different styles of eyeliner (the crayon-like kind, hard pencil, soft pencil, etc.) and find one that works for you. (:
Make sure your'e not putting it on the water line of your eye...you will just blink it all away. Get a water proof eyeliner and put it right were your eyelashes are
