Hwo do you put eyeliner on so it looks like its on top of your eye and the bottom?

you put the liner how eve thick on the top...apply it right over the lash line!!!


then apply it to the part of your eye that's right above your bottom lashes!!!

to put eyeliner on the top lids of your eyes, you would need liquid eyeliner. you can get ones that look like a felt tip pen but it is hard to do, i have messed it up on so many occasions that i dont attempt it anymore.





You can get pots of gel eyeliner with a brush. It may make things easier, but to be honest, when i tried liquid eyeliner i looked like tutankhuman!!!!!!! LOL





for the bottom fo ur eyes, use kohl eyeliner.
Ok, so I have had a lot of practice with this, and it's not easy, but if you use a liquid, Bare Escentuals Weather Everything, liner sealer, with some of their liner shadow, and get the right brush to put it on with, it's easier to get really close to the lash line and it goes on really smooth and drys really fast. But for the lower eye, I use a liner pencil or Jetset eyeliner by Smashbox and go on the inside of the lash. I can't seem to get the eyeshadow look that you see everyone in magazines doing on the bottom under the eyelashes. So I just do the inside rim on the bottom. Oh yea, and both the Jetset from Smashbox and the BE weather everything liquid stays on all day and all night. Nothing can get this stuff off except if you use a eye makeup remover. Or if you rub it off.

i don't wear eye liner on the top because it doesnt look rigght on me
I would try liquid eyeliner that gets closer to the lash line than a normal pencil eyeliner.
