I use eyeliner by N.Y.C. and its not waterproof so it comes off when I go swimming. I tried their waterproof eyeliner but the brush is hard so its painful to put it on. Any ideas of cheap waterproof eyeliner thats liquid?Whats the best brand of waterproof liquis eyeliner thats not expensive?

i use prestige. it hardly ever comes off in water but yet it comes off easy when you wash it off

its a liquid eyeliner and its waterproof. It works great! And its really cheap.
Kate eyeliner gel would be your best bet. It's around usd$13. If you want a better choice than this, Bobbi Brown eyeliner gel would be it, but much costly.
I don't know how well this one works, but it is really cheap and it has waterproof, and non-waterproof. P.S. it's only a dollar!
