What color eyeliner would make my blue/grey eyes pop?

i have dark blue eyes with thin layer of yellow around my pupil. i just want an eye liner that will make my eyes POP! and to show the blue more in them.What color eyeliner would make my blue/grey eyes pop?
I have similar colored eyes as to what you're describing and have blonde hair with a fair complexion. I stay away from the brown hues as i find it makes my eyes a little dull looking and mainly work with shades of plum, mauve and purple, with light pink or beige as the base color i use black mascara and blue eye pencil.What color eyeliner would make my blue/grey eyes pop?

brown is always a good colour for blue eyes, cause I have blue eyes and brown looks better than black:)
