When you put on eyeliner, start at the outer corners of your eyes and do a lil bit of a thick line and then thin it out and stop kinda in the middle. It makes for a nice fresh look. For the lower and inner waterline, you need eyeliner pencils. Sharpen the pencil and apply to the waterline.


Kohl pencils work great!





For the upper lid, you need liquid liner.


Liquid liner pens are good, as well as liquid liners with felt tips.


Victoria's secret has a great liquid liner pen.


Shake the product, and draw a thin, or thick (whatever your preference) on the upper lid. If you don't have a steady hand, make a dotted line, continuous dots.


Then smudge with q-tip.
