Anyone know of any waterproof eyeliner pencils?

I just need a waterproof pencil, which won't smudge or smear or fade. It's because I put pencil on my inner bottom lid, and the pencil always smudges. At the moment, using Rimmel and Max Factor.

So, please suggest WATERPROOF eye pencils, and one's which are available easily, like in Boots or Superdrug. Thankies in advance.

Urban Decay 24/7! When you put it on, try not to blink for a second. You only have about 30 seconds to smudge it or do whatever you please, then it sort of locks itself in. It doesn't come off in water, with oily skin, and doesn't smudge.Anyone know of any waterproof eyeliner pencils?
Try Revlon ColorStay in waterproof. They can be hard to find, but I can usually find one at Rite Aid. Prestige is also a really good brand with waterproof pencils.

:)
Cover Girl, definetley. I would check Maybelline or Max Factor. I don't know if NYC makes those, try Wet 'N Wild. NYC and Wet 'n Wild are two of the cheapest cosmetics you can buy! And there's stores that carry them everywhere, like Walgreens and Rite Aid.
urban decay do a really good one called 24/7, which lasts for ages. it comes in really good colours 2
hmm... i know there is a lancome waterproof eyeliner pencil..

but i LOVE MAC powerpoint! it is amazing. revlon color stay works well too.
I only use waterproofs and smudgeproof pencils.. I've tried all the brands, expensive to normal.. I really love PRESTIGE waterproof eyeliner pencils.. theyre amazing and theyre pretty cheap too (like $7).. another good one, slightly more expensive are the waterproofs from MAKEUP FOREVER, theyre pretty great too and last long :)

good luck
Prestige.
Try putting eye shadow in the same color over it- that will make it stay!
I love the Mac Powerpoint waterproof eye pencils. They are creamy, very easy to apply and stay on. Yes, they will cost more than a drugstore brand but they also last a long time. Pick a basic color to try, and buy more colors if it is worth it.
