the answere above me is very good however if you just want the eyeliner i suggest that you burn across the eyeline where the bottom and top lashes are... adobe photoshop is NOT PHOTOSHOP.COM by the way if you dont have adobe photoshop i suggest you download gimp...


Gimp is just like photoshop only better...THAT IS BECAUSE ITS FREE!!!

and brushes which are great whether its for vanity needs like eyelashes or just to add a cute little star on your picture... the great thing about the newest version of gimp is that it enables you to use photoshop brushes as well as the very limited amount of gimp brushes out there all you have to do i think is to convert it...
