I don't think it's safe because it's burnt wood and phosphorous. Plus, have you tried doing that on your hand? The color is really light and ugly and it doesn't last long.Is it safe to use a match as eyeliner/shadow?
depending. If you are going for a smokey look, YES! if you want to contrast your colors then no.
