Liquid eyeliner on top and bottom help?

Its always all messy when I do it. I don't know, is there any tips or sites that will help me do it better? It looks really good. Thanks.Liquid eyeliner on top and bottom help?
Use you pinky finger to balance you hand and make ur grip on the liner more steady. Go very slowly, and apply a little at a time. If you mess up, just use a wet q-tip to fix it. If you do this constantly, you'll get better at it and eventually you'll be doing it like a pro! I wouldn't suggest using liquid liner on the waterline (inside bottom line) of your eye, but you can put it on you lashline, however be VERY careful because if it gets in your eye, it stings like hell.

Before you put the liquid liner on, wipe off most of the excess liquid from the brush on the edge of the bottle. It's easier to handle when there's less ink on the brush.

It all takes practice. You need to have a steady hand. Try leaning your elbow on something like a table to keep your hand more steady until you get the hang of it.

Also, it's easier to apply liner on the lids when holding your lid with your finger. Make sure your hands are clean of course. ;)

Good luck.
Don't put liquid on the bottom: it's too heavy and harsh, and generally doesn't look very good.

For the top, take your time and get it as accurate as you can, then use a make-up remover wipe to clean up the edges. Put one over your nail and don't bother rushing, it always takes a while.

Or, try using a liquid eyeliner pen. They're SO much easier and give the same result.
use a sponge brush applicator instead of the usual fine strand brush applicators to put it on, brands like l'oreal do some good ones that come in the eyeliner solution. work from the middle of the eye and build up might help, but its something that just takes practice :)
Just dont put it on the bottom, as for the top, steady hand and lots of practice, oh, and don''t rush it
