to make your blue eyes pop try a dark brown or black but dont take anyones advice on not doing black if you are going for that intense look and want people to notice your beautiful blue eyes

I would use a dark brown or a black. However, you need to apply it lightly otherwise it may wash you out (this all depends on your skin tone). Hope I helped!

You're really lucky! If I had your eyes I'd buy four different colored eyeliners. For everyday wear, you should probably wear white, black, or brown. I know white eyeliner sounds a bit unusual, but the color brings out the whites of your eyes and makes them look more intense without being too overwhelming. And black eyeliner is OK for you but it might be too dramatic if you make it too thick, so if you're wearing black for an everyday basis, just do it thinly. Brown eyeliner would look gorgeous, but again, don't put it on thickly ... just a little bit, and then smudge a little with your finger. (You might also want to wear a little eyeshadow with the brown eyeliner; beige or light pink would be good.)





For parties or days when you want to look a little different, wear blue eyeliner. Pick one that matches with the color of your eyes, because it'll really bring them out.





As for where to get your eyeliners, go to Sephora ... they're the best store I've been to so far that has the widest collection of makeup. MAC has really good eyeliner, too.
