What's a good quality cream/gel eyeliner?

I want to get a new eyeliner. Previously used liquid but want to try cream or gel this time. Is there a brand that is worth going for first that's good, reliable and safe? Also, brands to stay away from! Any tips too?What's a good quality cream/gel eyeliner?
MAC fluid line is really good, but pretty expensive for such a small amount. try the cream liner by Loreal HIP. its REALLY good and you get quite a lot of product for the price. the only problem is the brush that comes with it is far too big. as long as you use a small angle brush, it works amazingly, and doesn't fade at all during the day.





i wold stay away from revlon--they tend to be chalky and lame with me.

loreal hip is good i was gonna get mac fluidline but i tried the hip because it was buy one get one free and its awesome it stays on from 8 am when i put my makeup on to 10 pm when i take it off. for safety make sure you keep your brush clean and throw out your cream liner every six months.
stila smudge pots work really good. also m.a.c makes a good gel eyeliner, fluidline.
