Yes it can dry under your lashes and cause them to fall out loads

Yes. Your eyes can become red and a rash can form. It is also possible to grow a pimple on there so i would suggest removing it. If your worried about a good eye makeup remover, use baby oil. I swear by it. It`ll remove anything. Beats all the eye make up removers.
