I can put eyeliner on the lower eyelid but not very well and I find it really difficult to put it on the upper eyelid. How do I put eyeliner on?
Pull your eyes OUT (not down) tightly with your finger and move the eyeliner pencil back and forth.

And how to apply liquid liner

And when you're applying your liner to your lower eyelid, try using eyeshadow and rubbing it with your finger to blend.
Good luck! How do I put eyeliner on?
* Draw a line as close as possible to your eyelashes.
* Work from the inner edge of your eye to the outer edge on the upper lid.
* Make sure your eyeliner pencil is sharp.
* Use a sponge brush and go back and forth over the liner gently, so you smudge the line for a softer look.
* Line the lower lid from the outside and taper to the inner edge. Again, smudge the liner.
For a generic tip, i would say to start off with a well sharpened pencil. make sure the tip is slightly dulled, not razor sharp. hold the outer corner of your eye (gently!) with your left pointer finger (or right pointer finger, if you're left handed) and start with your upper lid. Don't pull the skin back too hard or you'll end up with a crappy, uneven line. Just hold it gently in place.
The mistake lots of women make when applying liner to the upper lid is, they make the line too thick and noticeable. This is because they're most likely using a dull pencil, or holding the pencil at a 90 degree angle against their lid when appling. To avoid this- be sure to hold the pencil up and away from your face. Start where your lashes on your lid begin- on the inside corner- and gradually increase thickness very slowly until you reach the outer edge. from there you can add a wingtip on the end or just finish straight. finish off with lots of mascara.
For a more conservative and subtle look, don't increase thickness as you move toward the outer corner of your eye.
Okay,
here's some video tutorials on how to get it done. The first link takes you to a collection and allows you to figure out which to prefer, but there is this awesome woman who I'd point to in the second link:
Take care and good luck!
Liquid eyeliner with practise gives the best results.
Pencil will always give a thicker line.
Never put eyeliner on the underside of the lid as this can cause eye damage.
tbh you just need practise - just like writing when you first started it was all shaky now...
pull yur skin downward a put by pushing yur cheek down.
then take a sharp eyeliner pencil and put it on lightly.
for the top hold down yur eyelashes and put on a lightt line where your eyelashes come out.
get a sharpi and put it in the microwave for 5 minuts and it will give you that smoky look
try liquid eyeliner.. the tip is more pointy so it is easier to do
liquid eyeliners easier
tbh :)
