How can i get eyeliner on the top but not have to wear any on the bottom?

Usually i apply eyeliner to the bottom part of my eyes, and then on top i only use half of the eye and run the eyeliner closer and closer to my eyelashes to is make it look like it blends into my eyes.





what i want to do is not have to use any eyeliner on the bottom at all, but i think i have to put more on the top.


any suggestions?

Instead of pulling up your eyelid and putting the eyeliner under your lashes practice putting it on top of your lashes with your eye closed. Take the middle finger of your left hand (if you're right handed) and put it at the corner of your eye, close your eye and pull the skin tight with that finger. Then use your right hand to lightly dash eyeliner on top of the skin just on top of your lashes. Put a little powder or eyeshadow on it to set it. Repeat it with the other eye. If you put it there it won't smear onto your lower lashes like it does if you put it on under your upper lashes with your eyelid help open.
