It makes me look as if I am melting.How Can you stop making eyeliner run?
apply face powder around your eyes first..before the eyeliner...it will ';set'; your makeup...also a good tip for melting eyeliner...is to take a Q-Tip...and smudge...this gives you a smokey...sexy lookHow Can you stop making eyeliner run?

Use a thin brush to glide matching eyeshadow over your liner. That always works for me.
same thing happens to me especially in the summer and i have to constantly rub paper towel under my eye to clean off my eyeliner. I tried liquid eyeliner and its kind of hard to apply and it sucks if you make a mistake and your hand shakes because it dries fast but so far it didn't run... Try it :)
Try applying face powder first, then a foundation to your face.You may also wanna try another brand name of eyeliner.
Use waterproof liquid liner - youll never have the problem again :)
You can try using waterproof eyeliner. They're hard to find sometimes depending on the brand but there are some.
use the pencil kind. they look more realer than the liquid kind and no offense but the liquid kind does look rlly fake.
try water proof liner. it doesnt run as much. most eyeliner run when your eyes water.
USE PENCIL EYELINER NOT LIQUID EYELINER OR THOSE KINDS..DONT USE THEM!!AND USE WATERPROOF EYELINER 2!!

ok so i use foundation (creme liquid) then i use a powder foundation on my eye lids ( beforeto set the eye liner. Works like a treat. I find chanel has the best - LE CRAYON YEUX expensive but its oh so worth it.
