How can you make kohl eyeliner last along the lower lid inside the eye? Can you use it along the lash line?

i really like the smoky eyed look, but i cant do it properly!How can you make kohl eyeliner last along the lower lid inside the eye? Can you use it along the lash line?
I use Revlon Colorstay and it works the best out of all of them and only goes away with makeup remover...try to find a long lasting eyeliner.How can you make kohl eyeliner last along the lower lid inside the eye? Can you use it along the lash line?
burn the tip of you eyeliner just a second, be sure to blow on it to cool it off will last hours
It will not stay, because of the moisture of the eye
If u use it along the lash line it does last just a little longer...sometimes i put liner on my bottom lid and i do my lash line too..
wipe a q-tip or your clean finger along the line so its dry.
you can't do that.. you have to re-touch your makeup from time to time
