How can 'i keep my eyeliner from running and powder from comming off....?

like my eyeliner runs in an hour i have to fix it. its aggrivating and i only wear eyeliner and its pencil i cant wear liquid and powder stuff.How can 'i keep my eyeliner from running and powder from comming off....?

I use a sparkly black Revlon eyeshadow (sorry, I forget the exact name) and just apply it with an eyeliner brush. It stays on fantastically; I put it on at 9 in the morning, go to work all day in it, and then go to a three-hour varsity field hockey practice, and it's still intact when I get home at 8.

i use to wear pencil eyeliner and liquid eyeliner


and it was a ***** fixing it every second so i stuck with gel eyeliner

hair spray.


spray your face with like one squirt of hairspray and then do your makeup and the spray one more squirt.


and if you put the eyeliner on your upper lid put chap stick across were you would put the would liner on your upper eye lid. and let it dry and it should stay longer and not run.
waterproof eyeliner works the best, it's like so hard to come off but it stays! and about the powder, sheer cover works the best for me! it's expensive, but worth it if you don't want it coming off :D
