I've heard that some people light a match, then blow it out and dip It in water and use it like a kohl eye make up stick. Is this safe? Please help because I have to go out tomorrow and I have no makeup with me and I cant really get any. Thanks!Is it safe to use a match as eyeliner/shadow?
I don't think it's safe because it's burnt wood and phosphorous. Plus, have you tried doing that on your hand? The color is really light and ugly and it doesn't last long.Is it safe to use a match as eyeliner/shadow?

General make up wipes are pretty good. I like (surprise surprise) Tea Tree Oil and Witchazel makeup remover wipes from (surprise surprise) Boots!

Sometimes you can make eyeshadow look even better than liner! Next time just try and not get it too close to your eye. You can easily gage how smokey you want to make your eye, using liner. The right brush really helps, also you can wet the shadow for a crisper effect. The better the product the better the result. And the less of a sting.
It is Totally safe. The same stuff goes in to similar products.

Mac mixing medium would work too, dip it into any eyeshadow of your choice and line your eyes as usual. Tip: Don't get your brush too wet, or else the eyeshadow wont adhere on your skin and it will run. Set with loose powder.

Liquid:Also needs light strokes, be sure to pause in between strokes to make sure you have the desired amount applied. Oh rememmber this defininetly desires a sturdy hand.

I find that not lining 100% of the way around my eyes makes them look bigger and definitely not dumb!

apply black eyeliner to the inner rim of ur lower eyelid bit [if that makes sense] and on top of ur lashes at the top of your eye :]

Any quality eye pencil, this one topping my personal list, has a somewhat creamy consistency that glides easily and smoothly over your skin, is good for your waterline and can easily be smudged with a smudge or a Q-tip.
I have only one tip, however, to make any eye-make up last except for mascara-- prime your eyes. Since you're going to a drugstore, the one good drugstore brand primer is L'Oreal De-Crease. What it does is create a base for any make up to stick to and maintains the color while decreasing any unwanted smudging.

urban decay 24/7 eyeliners! they're available in the bigger boots, cost about 9quid each. the staying power is good, and if you want to smudge it you'll have to do it once you put in on, then it'll stay on the whole day :)
prestidge waterproof eyeliner. i love it, %26amp; it seriously is the best. heres a few points about it:
1. it lasts the whole day without smudging,even on the water seriously!!!
2. its not like 1 of those eyeliners that say there waterproof when its not, i wear this to the beach all the time. its great stuff!
3. not expensive at i think its like 拢4.75.
4. the only thing i dont like about it is how you have to twist it up because its a little un hygenic but i dont mind that because of how great this eyeliner is.
5. the other thing i dont like is its not as pigmented as i'd like it to be so when i apply it i have to go over it to get more color.
but this seriously is my fave eyeliner, if your looking for a long-lasting waterproof eyeliner this seriously is 1!!!

urban decay 24/7 eyeliners! they're available in the bigger boots, cost about 9quid each. the staying power is good, and if you want to smudge it you'll have to do it once you put in on, then it'll stay on the whole day :)
prestidge waterproof eyeliner. i love it, %26amp; it seriously is the best. heres a few points about it:
1. it lasts the whole day without smudging,even on the water seriously!!!
2. its not like 1 of those eyeliners that say there waterproof when its not, i wear this to the beach all the time. its great stuff!
3. not expensive at i think its like 拢4.75.
4. the only thing i dont like about it is how you have to twist it up because its a little un hygenic but i dont mind that because of how great this eyeliner is.
5. the other thing i dont like is its not as pigmented as i'd like it to be so when i apply it i have to go over it to get more color.
but this seriously is my fave eyeliner, if your looking for a long-lasting waterproof eyeliner this seriously is 1!!!
